About Guardian Elite
Our Story
Guardian Elite Lacrosse was founded in Blaine, Minnesota with a simple belief: great athletes aren't born — they're built through deliberate practice, high standards, and coaches who genuinely care about their development.
We started with small-group training sessions focused on the fundamentals. Word spread. Athletes started showing up early. They stayed late. They asked for more reps. That energy — athletes hungry to improve and coaches committed to feeding that hunger — became the foundation of everything we do.
Our Philosophy
We don't believe in busy work. Every drill has a purpose. Every rep has a standard. Athletes at Guardian Elite learn to train with intention — to understand not just what they're doing, but why. That understanding builds confidence that transfers directly to game day.
Our Community
Guardian Elite is based in Blaine but draws athletes from across the north metro — Andover, Coon Rapids, Anoka, Champlin Park, Spring Lake Park, and beyond. We're proud to be part of a growing lacrosse community in Minnesota, and we're committed to developing the next generation of players who will represent our area with pride.

Guardian Elite Lacrosse exists to develop the complete athlete. We teach young players that excellence isn't an accident — it's built rep by rep, session by session, in a culture where accountability and effort are non-negotiable. Every drill has a purpose.
